Sales Representative


The Sales Representative will generate business and grow sales using all the current lead generation methods and will ensure optimum sales performance by timely pursuing leads assigned from marketing campaigns.  

The Day-to-Day

  • Generate new sales through research, marketing, relationships, industry events, and business directories
  • Create proposals and negotiate prices within limits set by Sales Manager
  • Close direct and indirect sales deals of ESPRIT CAM software
  • Manage sales leads, contacts, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM platform
  • Conduct presentations alone or in partnership with application engineers to develop customer solutions
  • Grow and maintain OEM partner relationships
  • Schedule activity of sales associates and assistants, application engineers, and other resources to facilitate the sales process
  • Maintain close communication with Sales Manager
  • Expand market presence by attending OEM partner open houses, trade shows, industry events, conferences, and demonstrations
  • Report regularly on positive and negative sales activity in assigned market to assist in sales strategy development

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within business-to-business (B2B) sales environments
  • Knowledge of territory competition, partners, client base, and potential targets
  • Strong ability to develop professional relationships with targeted customers
  • Knowledge and experience in the CAM industry
  • Strong affinity for software solutions and manufacturing technology
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fluent in English language

Even Better

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other related degree
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in CRM tools and project management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player attitude


75% domestic and international travel visiting customers and attending events. 

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Must be able to handle the physical demands of regular travel.
