Inside Sales Representative


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working with our existing Esprit customers by maintaining, promoting and selling the Software Maintenance Program along with our Esprit products and services.  You will also work closely with our Regional Sales Managers and Application Engineers.  Come join our Sales Team!

The Day-to-Day

  • Understanding our Esprit products and services for promoting/quoting
  • Maintaining the Esprit Software Support Program through customer loyalty & continued renewals
  • Developing long term relationships with customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and software requirements
  • Qualifying sales opportunities from the beginning of the quoting process, to closing and continued customer follow up
  • Understanding the sales pipeline and needs for each individual customer
  • Demonstrating passion and eagerness for your and the company’s success!

What You Bring

  • 1-2 Years professional experience (new grads welcome)
  • Promotional and convincing phone presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work M-F, 8am - 5pm

Even Better

  • BA/BS degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office


As needed, less than 10%

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit for long periods, type, use office equipment, and talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
