Customer Service Coordinator

Camarillo, CA

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for working in conjunction with sales and technical support team to assist ESPRIT customers. This position will contribute to the success of ESPRIT by ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service and support.

The Day-to-Day

  • Answer calls and input support incidents into internal system to be routed to tech support
  • Coordinating schedules for support staff
  • Assist customers with account and licensing issues
  • Coordinate and interface with other departments
  • Gathering information and communicating it clearly to others
  • Manage overall front of office for Camarillo office including mail, incoming packages, and general office tasks
  • Additional administrative duties

What You Bring

  • 1-2 Years work experience
  • Ability to work independently, outstanding telephone manner, follow-through and questioning skills required
  • Confidence, professionalism, strong customer service and telephone skills
  • Ability to work positively in a team, supporting group goals and overcoming challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Proficient skills with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Xcel, Word, Access)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
